PAGES – Projects Administration and Grants Evaluation System is the online platform managed by AIRC Scientific Directorate. Access to PAGES is restricted to registered users. Upon registration the researchers can submit grant and fellowship applications as well as manage funded projects.

If you have not registered before, click on the link “Register; insert the requested information (fields in bold are mandatory).When the registration is complete, click on “Confirm”; an email with Username and Password will be sent to the email address provided at registration. You will need both Username and Password in order to log on to your Personal Area.

Insert your Username and Password into the indicated fields and click on “Sign in”. You will now be able to access all sections from your Personal Area. Please note that first time users will need to change the password that was assigned automatically during the registration.

Your Username and Password will be automatically sent to the email address provided at registration.

In case you forget your password, please follow these steps:

  • Click on “Forgot your username or password?”
  • Fill in the requested fields and use the email address used during the registration

Within a few minutes, an email with the Username and Password will be sent to the email address provided.

The Username is automatically generated by the system and it is not possibile to modify it.

Yes. You may change the Password as many times as you want.

To do so, you first need to log on to your account, then click on “Change My Password”. Then, fill in the requested fields with the old and the new Password.

Please verify that the new password meets the following criteria:

  • must be at least 8 characters
  • contain at least one lower case letter
  • contain at least one upper case letter
  • contain at least one digit
  • contain at least one special charachter, valid special characters are . _ # $

Please fill in all mandatory fields and then click on Confirm.

Please keep your new Password in a secure place, protected from unauthorized users.

Please remember that when you log on to your account for the first time, you will be asked to change the Password that was assigned to you automatically.

Yes. After logging on to PAGES, click on “My Profile” section and update your information. We encourage researchers to keep the “My profile” section up-to-date.

Click on the “Sign out” link located in the left-hand side menu of the Personal Area.

Warning: for security reasons, if you are not going to work on your AIRC account for prolonged periods of time, we strongly recommend logging out your Personal Area. This is particularly important if you share your computer with other users.

The system will automatically sign you out after 120 minutes of inactivity.

Personal data are processed by AIRC according to the strictest standards of security and confidentiality. Internet connection to the Personal Area of the AIRC website is protected by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system, which ensures the privacy of the personal data inserted. All data submitted in the Personal Area are encrypted with a 128-bit key for enhanced security. If you experience problems accessing your account, make sure your browser is compatible with all security measures in place.
